Robberies have increased in the capital: Home Affairs Advisor

Home Affairs Advisor, retired Lieutenant General Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, has admitted that robberies are increasing in the capital. He also said that robberies are increasing in the morning.

The Home Affairs Advisor said this in response to questions from journalists after the meeting of the Law and Order Advisory Council on Sunday.

Advisor Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said, “It is true that robberies have increased, but robberies are increasing in the morning. For this reason, instructions have been given to the police so that robberies can be suppressed.”

The advisor also said that there is no fear of any kind of violence on the occasion of the upcoming Christmas and Victory Day.
